LEADERSHIP HUMILITY.

Leaders must be knowledgeable, but leaders who think they know everything are scary. In leadership and life, meekness isn’t weakness, it’s strength under control. Leaders with humility don’t think less of themselves, they just think of themselves less often. (C.S. Lewis) They also listen to others and don’t have to be right all the time because they recognize (1) “from the smallest voices often comes the greatest ideas,” and (2) there is safety in the midst of many counselors. #LeadWithHumility
