Leadership Responsiveness means that teams, resources, and processes support the environmental needs of an organization. A tailored response is an investment in fostering meaningful experiences and high-quality relationships. This means that all touch points throughout an organization respond to the lived experiences of the end-user, anticipating customer and consumer needs - moving from "pager" to "flip phone"; from "Blackberry" to "iPhone"; from "google" to "AI”! Effective leaders strive for simplicity on the other side of complexity. They constantly reflect on and refine 'institutional moves' by asking: (1) What is our core business? and (2) What are the distinct capabilties that we must cultivate to deliver high value outcomes in our environment? #LeadWithResponsiveness
